Yorkville Congregational Church Rummage, Bake Sale Returns For 2 Days

YORKVILLE, IL — After its fall rummage sale was canceled due to COVID-19 concerns, Yorkville Congregational United Church of Christ is returning with its spring event April 29-30.

Proceeds from the Spring Rummage and Bake Sale, taking place at 409 Center Parkway, will support church programs and charitable organizations that help people in the Kendall County area, church officials said.

Community members who would like to donate clean, usable items in good condition to the church can drop them off between 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. April 25 and April 26. A donation form will be available for tax purposes.

There are a few items staff won't accept, including electronics, infant car or booster seats, mattresses and cribs.
