Yorkville Costco Announces Opening Date

YORKVILLE, IL — An opening date for the new Costco Wholesale in Yorkville is on the horizon.

Customers will be able to shop at Kendall County's first Costco, located at 825 E. Veterans Parkway, for the first time at 8 a.m. Nov. 12.

The business is scheduled to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:30 a.m., preceding the grand opening of the warehouse, according to a report from WSPY News.

The lot at the northwest corner of Veterans Parkway and Countryside Parkway, spanning 33.14 acres, comprises a 160,000-square-foot members-only retail store, a freestanding gas station, stormwater management and two perimeter lots, Patch reported.
