Yorkville Man Charged In Little Caesars Pizza Robbery: Police

Yorkville man arrested after reportedly stealing nearly $20 worth of pizza at knife point.

YORKVILLE, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said a 43-year-old Yorkville man was arrested Sunday and has been charged with an adult felony. WSPY reported Kenneth Joseph Sindelar, of the 200 block of River Street, was arrested after Yorkville Police Department officials said he allegedly threatened a Little Caesars Pizza employee with a knife and stole $18 worth of pizza.

Police officials told the news outlet they were called to the business in the 1200 block of N. Bridge St. around 8:38 p.m. on the report of a robbery.

The news report said Sindelar was found by police during a search of the area and was arrested and taken to the Kendall County Jail for booking. He was charged with robbery.

Patch reported back in January Sindelar was arrested on a service warrant during the morning of Dec. 13, 2017. The police report said "the subject calling was attempting to locate a telephone number." When police arrived, they learned that he had a warrant for a DUI and took him to Kendall County Corrections.
