Abused Puppy Thrown From Car On East Side Of Indianapolis: IMPD
According to police, puppy's injuries included broken leg and prolapsed rectum.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN β The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating after an abused puppy was thrown out of a car on the city's far east side on the morning of Dec. 23, 2018. IMPD said at 10:38 a.m. that day, witnesses reported to Marion County Communications Dispatch that a black male pulled up to 10021 E. Washington Street in a silver four-door vehicle and threw a bag out of his window. According to police, inside the bag was a brown and gray male Pit Bull puppy appearing to be a few months old, with a broken leg and prolapsed rectum.
According to police, the male was described as being in his late 20s to early 30s, wearing all black clothing including a beanie cap and gloves, driving a "possibly newer" model of a silver Ford Fusion.

Police said the dog is currently recovering from his injuries.
