- A person was killed on Sunday morning after their vehicle went airborne due to speeding on the southeast side of the city. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says the crash happened on East Hanna Avenue near the Interstate 465/Interstate 74 interchange around 3:45 a.m. The vehicle went airborne through a yard and landed in a burn pile. - The Indianapolis Department of Public Works is warning drivers to expect lane restrictions on several city streets on Monday as work begins to redo roads southwest of downtown. Construction on South, West, Capitol and McCarty streets is set to wrap up in November. Most of the work will happen on Mondays and Saturdays. (WISHTV.com)
- Indy Jazz Fest returned to the MacAllister Amphitheater at Garfield Park this weekend, after being a virtual event last year. (WTHR)
