Here are the top stories in Indianapolis today:

  1. Some Eskenazi Health patients have recently received a letter in the mail alerting them of a cyber security breach that occurred six months ago. According to a press release, Eskenazi Health was notified of a cyber attack “on or about August 4, 2021” that resulted in the personal information of some employees and patients being leaked to cybercriminals, however, the release claims the breach actually happened three months prior “on or about May 19, 2021.” The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services says the breach impacted 1,515,918 individuals.   2. A jury has convicted a man of double murder after a shooting outside of an Indianapolis strip club. Terrance Warren, 22 at the time of his arrest, was accused of shooting Charles Reeves and William Walker outside of Club Venus in the 3500 block of W. 16th St. on May 11, 2019. On Tuesday, Warren was found guilty on two counts of murder and one count of carrying a handgun without a license and will be sentenced on Dec. 17. (WISHTV.com)
  3. Indianapolis Public Schools are seeing better grades and improved test scores as students return to the classroom. (WTHR)
  4. The victim of Indy’s latest deadly shooting, 18-year-old Javion Rhodes, was found in Gardner Park on the northeast side on Tuesday night. (WISHTV.com)
  5. Three FedEx victims are pursuing $2.1 million in compensation from the city of Indianapolis for damages following the deadly mass shooting at a FedEx facility in April. (Fox 59)
