These buildings will be built on previously-vacant properties in the neighborhood. (WISHTV.com)
- Today (Feb. 22), from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., over 20 employers in the region will host a job fair on the east side of Indianapolis. The job fair will take place at the Marriott Indianapolis East at 7702 East 21st St. Companies that will be in attendance are looking to fill 500 open positions. (WTHR)
- The family of a man who was hit and killed is pleading for the driver responsible to come forward. On Saturday morning, just before 3:30, a crash occurred at the intersection of East Troy Avenue and Beech Street that resulted in the death of Enrique Gaspar. According to police, Gaspar was hit by a vehicle just a few hours before his body was found. Indianapolis police are asking for anyone with knowledge of the incident to come forward and contact Detective Jason Thalheimer at Jason.Thalheimer@indy.gov. (Fox 59)
