Here are the top stories today in Indianapolis:

  1. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has released body camera footage of the deadly Eugene St. officer-involved shooting that took place in late Sept. A critical incident video was posted on the IMPD YouTube page Thursday of the police shooting in the 500 block of Eugene St. An investigation remains underway and a separate, independent investigation will be conducted by the IMPD Internal Affairs Unit.   2. A man has been convicted for the robbery and murder of an Indianapolis pizza delivery man. A jury convicted Jason Epeards of felony murder and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury in the 2018 death of Lavon Drake. Epeards is the third person convicted in Drake’s death and will be sentenced in December. (WIBC - Indianapolis News & Politics)
  3. Police are investigating a series of robberies at several convenience stores across the city, most recently at the Express Neighborhood Pantry on S. East St. (Fox 59)
