- A man is facing rape charges after IMPD found him on top of a woman in a downtown parking garage at 327 North Illinois Street. A caller reported seeing a man pull a woman in a headlock into a parking garage elevator. When police arrived, they found Marcus Carter on top of a woman who had her bare legs closed and toward the ground. Carter is facing charges of rape, confinement, kidnapping, sexual battery, and battery resulting in bodily injury. (Fox 59)
- The Indiana Pacers and Indy Now surprised a nonprofit, The Christmas Experience, with a truck full of toys for the hundreds of families they serve. The Indy-based organizationβs goal is to offer a "hand up" rather than a handout. They hope to give families in need a wonderful Christmas, as well as the support and resources they need to better their lives for the future. (Fox 59)
