INDIANAPOLIS, IN — An Indianapolis man pleaded guilty to killing a postal worker during a confrontation regarding the status of his mail, according to federal officials.

Letter carrier Angela Summers was working her usual delivery route April 27, 2020, when she was approached by Tony Cushingberry, who was upset about a recent lack of mail delivery, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of Indiana.
