Here are the top three stories in Indianapolis today:
- A vacant home and five cars were destroyed in a fire on Indy's south side. On Tuesday morning, Indianapolis Fire Department crews arrived at the 1800 block of South Delaware Street, near Madison Avenue, to find the building had collapsed. No one was injured in the fire, which took roughly 40 minutes to control. (WTHR)
- Indie-folk band, The Head and the Heart, will be performing in Indianapolis this Sept. The band will stop in Indy during their Every Shade of Blue Tour, joined by fellow musician Shakey Graves. The show will take place at TCU Amphitheater at White River State Park on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022. (WTHR)
- Indy Pride will host an in-person parade and festival this summer after two years of celebrating virtually. The 2022 Indy Pride Parade and Festival will take place on June 11, and other programming is expected to be announced this month. Indy Pride has said they are monitoring COVID-19 developments and will make final decisions regarding health protocols closer to the event. (Yahoo)
