- The Indianapolis Metro Police Department are investigating a homicide after a woman was found dead inside a medical office on the northwest side. Officers were called to the 3800 block of Shore Drive at around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, where they found the victim dead in a vacant medical office adjacent to a physical therapy business, with obvious trauma to her body. Right now police believe the woman who was killed likely knew the person responsible. (Fox 59)
- Dr. Aziz, an Indianapolis pharmacy and medical clinic, is preparing to administer the COVID-19 shot to children. The clinic is expected to get around 400 doses, which according to Kurt Moyer, the vice president of Clinical Services at the clinic and pharmacy, is a good rollout number because itβs unclear how many parents will sign their children up. The major difference between the two vaccines is that the vaccine for those 12 and up needs to be stored in an ultra freezer, whereas the childrenβs vaccine can be in a regular refrigerator.
