The donation, made by siblings Rhonda Rohrman Isbell, JR Rohrman, Randy Rohrman, Shelly Rohrman, and Rick Rohrman, honors the memory of their mother, Shirley "Sunie" Relander Rohrman, and Rhonda's daughter, Kaitlyn D. Isbell, both of whom had a strong passion for animals.
