Parking meters on Iowa Avenue between Dubuque and Linn streets will be marked with "No Parking" signs before the event. Cars in violation of these regulations will be towed. Metered spots in this area do not allow parking from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. and these parking regulations will be enforced. Follow all posted parking signs to prevent your vehicle from being towed.
In addition to reduced street parking, some ramp and lot parking will be reserved for festival vendors, artists, performers and service vehicles. Look for posted signs indicating restricted parking. No transit changes will be needed to accommodate this event.
