  • Thursday Mostly sunny, with a high near 80.
  • Thursday Night A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 8pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 65.
  • Friday A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 80.
  • Friday Night A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 62.
  • Saturday A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 77
Weather Underground has a prediction with slightly higher temperatures for Iowa City, but agrees on the chance for rain at the end of the week. The extended forecast has the cool down, heat up, rain pattern continuing into next week, with highs oscillating between 80 and 90 degrees.
