The Iowa City Schools will be dismissing 2 hours early on Wednesday, August 28th.
This may be a reoccurring theme this week, as temperatures are predicted to stay hot and sticky every day through the weekend. Many schools, including the Iowa City School District, have already had early outs this week on Monday and Tuesday.
