A man and woman accused of stealing the identities of celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Ashton Kutcher has Oak Park ties, according to an affidavit filed Aug. 6 in U.S. District Court and published by Tampa Bay news network Bay News 9.

Kutcher, a native of nearby Homestead, also attended the University of Iowa.

Agents on Aug. 7 arrested Luis Flores, 19, and Kyah Green, 41, after evidence showed they targeted the celebrities, as well as FBI Director Robert Mueller and Jerry Sandusky, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

According to the affidavit, an American Express call center received two calls about Kutcher's account on May 30. During the first call, the caller identified himself as Kutcher, provided his personal identifying information and answered the security questions to access his account.

The caller then requested to change the primary account phone number to Flores' number, and requested an emergency replacement card for the account be sent to an address in Oak Park. Investigators later learned Flores has previous ties to Chicago and Oak Park, according to the document.

During the second call, the caller requested to change Kutcher's social security number to his social security number.

Green was released and is awaiting trial, according to the Sentinel. Flores is being held without bail in Seminole County Jail.
