Police: Raging Man, Arrested After Breaking Home's Windows, Kicks and Spits at Attending Nurse
The young man was arrested again a day later alleged involvement in another dispute.

A 21-year-old man with addresses in both Georgia and Iowa City is in the Johnson County Jail after two separate run ins with the Iowa City police in recent days.
On Aug. 19 at 8:53 p.m., officers responded to 615 S. Governor St. for the report that a man who "was out of control and breaking windows" at the above address, according to an Iowa City Police criminal complaint.
Police encountered Trey Tyler Browne, 20, at the residence who was at the time allegedly still "yelling and screaming" at the police and other people nearby. Browne allegedly went back inside the property, where he is listed as a resident, and continued his tirade. When officers asked Browne to come outside again he continued to be "loud and disorderly," according to police.
Browne was then taken to the University of Iowa Hospitals Emergency Treatment Center for evaluation of an "altered mental state" do to the possible use of drugs or alcohol. According to the complaint, Browne was placed in a room at the hospital where he allegedly continued his erratic behavior. He then allegedly attempted to kick and spit at a nurse who entered to administer medicine to soothe his mental state, according to the complaint.Â
A day later, Browne was reportedly in another dispute in front of the Johnson County Courthouse on 9:53 p.m. Browne, whose address in this criminal complaint is listed as Hampton, GA, was observed by officers yelling at a man and woman in a vehicle in front of the courthouse. Officers ordered Browne to sit down, and when he allegedly refused he was arrested again.
Browne was charged with disorderly house, assault on a peace officer or other, and interference with official acts. These are all misdemeanor charges. He remains in the Johnson County Jail at this time according to online jail records.
