Video Interview: Surrounded by Floodwater and with 'Go Bags' Ready, Resident Fishing Until Told Otherwise

Alex Geoly, 21, and his roommates on Normandy Drive are packed and ready to go if a flood evacuation mandate comes.

They also have 20-some gallons of water stockpiled and have been successfully fishing in their backyard, which is now engulfed by the Iowa River. So, they are prepared and making the best of things as floodwater approaches.
