3 Killed In Lenexa Shooting Early Sunday: Police
One person was killed at the shooting on Laurelwood Street, and two later died at a hospital, according to authorities.
LENEXA, KS — Three people died in a shooting early Sunday morning in Lenexa, according to police.
The shooting occurred at approximately 1:40 a.m. inside a house on the 8400 block of Laurelwood Street, just outside the I-435 loop. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and two others with gunshot injuries were taken to an area hospital by Johnson County paramedics. Both later died of their injuries, according to authorities.
The Lenexa Police Department is investigating the shooting.
