• ACTC to open transportation education center Jan. 12 (irontontribune.com) — Ashland Community and Technical College will open its new $13 million Transportation Education Center on Jan. 12 at the Technology Drive Campus in EastPark, giving local students access to modern automotive, diesel, and CDL training labs. Nearly all entrances are handicap accessible, classrooms and labs will be fully ready for spring semester, and the project represents a major state-and-college investment in Ashland’s workforce future.
