Western Kentucky University Human Resources welcomes Michaela to the team. Michaela is our Human Resources Specialist. She will be responsible for performance development, training, and recognition. Michaela is here to be your connection to the Office of Human Resources. She can answer your questions and lead you in the right direction.

Prior to coming to WKU in February 2022, Michaela worked in theme park human resources where she managed recruiting and training initiatives for an industry leading park. Michaela also has 4 years of experience in camp/youth group programing and hospitality leadership.

Michaela is excited to be a Hilltopper! Be sure to say "hello" to Michaela next time you stop by.
