Caddo Parish: Caddo Parish Parks And Recreation Requesting Public Input On Park Accessibility

  Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation is undertaking a survey of accessibility needs for people with disabilities to collect vital feedback that will shape transition to greater accessibility for all and to make programs, services, facilities, and public right-of-way more accessible to persons with disabilities.    The development of the American Disability Act Transition Plan is currently underway, and Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation would like to hear your comments and concerns. Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation is looking for input from the following:    Individuals with disabilities;    Senior citizens;    Individuals and members of groups that encounter barriers related to transportation, such as parents of children with disabilities.    People with experience and knowledge of ADA planning and requirements, or serves disabled populations; and     Any interested Caddo Parish resident and/or business owner.     The survey will be available online at the Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation website at  www.caddoparks.org www.caddoparks.org   starting Monday, February 14th  through Friday, March 4th.  Visit the website and click on the “ADA Public Input Questionnaire” tab.    NOTICE OF ACCESSIBILITY:   NOTICE OF ACCESSIBILITY:   This form can also be made accessible upon request.
