Morgan Tildon and Kayla Gardner scored four goals each and the girls lacrosse team defeated Eastern Tech, 11-10, in the first round Wednesday. Djene Diane scored two goals, and Jozlynn Kelly scored one in the Aberdeen win. Goalie Megan Schoenberger made eight saves. The Eagles will host City in the second round at 4 p.m. on Friday. City is the higher seed in the region bracket, but because the lacrosse program has no home field, City will visit Aberdeen instead.
