Annapolis Army Veteran Receives Abrakadoodle’s Art with Heart Award
Army veteran Cecilia Hazelton earned Abrakadoodle's Art with Heart Award for her work in art education.

Leading with Impact and Innovation,” held November 4-6 at the National Harbor in Oxen Hill, Maryland, celebrated Abrakadoodle’s positive program impact on its students, best practices and trends in art education, as well as franchise owner achievements to include Cecilia Hazelton of Bowie and Annapolis, Maryland. In her third year with Abrakadoodle, Army veteran Cecilia Hazelton earned Abrakadoodle’s Art with Heart Award for sharing her genuine passion for art education and for making a difference in children’s lives. During the Conference, Abrakadoodle continued to demonstrate its commitment to delivering the best in art education with the launch of additional STEAM art education curriculum, which provides students with hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, art and math, as well as new, creativity-boosting art lessons inspired by women artists and kid artists, as well.
