Annapolis Primary Election Voter Turnout: 23 Percent

The latest results from Tuesday's primary election earned most candidates a few more votes, though they did not change the outcome of any races.

Just 23.3 percent of all registered voters in Annapolis turned out to polls, according to the complete results of the Tuesday City Primary Election, published Friday on the city's website.

Of the city's 19,095 registered voters, 4,456 cast votes in the primary, of which there were five contested races including the mayoral seat.

Friday's complete results came from the Annapolis Board of Canvassers, and updated the Tuesday preliminary results slightly, though they did not change the outcome of any races.

Josh Cohen and Mike Pantelides will square off in November for the general election.
