November 20
Theft from Vehicle—1300 block of Forest Dr. A black purse was stolen from the passenger seat of an unlocked vehicle.Vehicle Theft—1200 block of Ashton Ct. A cream colored 2010 Toyota Corolla, MD registration 4BA1191 was stolen from the parking lot.
November 18
Stolen & Recovered Vehicle—Unit block of Bricin St. A Dodge Charger was stolen after the owner lost one of her car keys. The vehicle was recovered on 11/18 at 11:30pm in the 1600 block of Forest Dr. The vehicle was found parked and unoccupied. The key has not been recovered.
November 16
Theft from Vehicle – 1200 block of Gemini Dr. — Keys were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Burglary – Unit block of Randall Ct. at 8:44 a.m. — A window was forced open and jewelry was stolen from a residence.
Drug Arrest—At 8:50 a.m., officers received a call for an assault inside a cab in the 100 block of Brightwater Dr. When officers arrived they located two people inside the rear of the cab. Officers found 30 grams of heroin, with a street value of almost $4,000, in the rear seat of the cab. One suspect had 5.5 grams of marijuana in his pocket, police said. Shyneira Smith, 21, and Kelly Bowers, 24, both of Annapolis, were charged with second degree assault, two counts of CDS possession with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of CDS, and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Bowers was released after posting $100,000 bond. Smith was released after posting $75,000 bond.
November 15
Theft from Vehicle – Unit block of Duke of Gloucester St. — The passenger side window of a vehicle was broken and a brown bag containing clothing and a Dooney and Bourke wallet were taken.
Burglary – 2600 block of Greenbriar Ln.— Between 8am to 5:45pm, 8 feet of copper pipe was stolen from the basement of an apparently unlocked residence.
Burglary – Unit block of Randall Ct. — Between Nov. 15-17, a door was forced open and money was taken from a residence.
Theft from Vehicle – 700 block of Genessee St. — Between Nov.15-16, an apparently unlocked vehicle was entered, but nothing was reported stolen.
