Anne Arundel Employees Thanked For Flash Flood Recovery Efforts

Howard County Bureau of Highways thanks Anne Arundel County employees for their help in flash flood recovery operations in Ellicott City.

Jim Barker, left, Acting Superintend of the Howard County Bureau of Highways visited the Northern District Road Operations Facility in Pasadena this morning to present DPW volunteers with commemorative “Howard County #ECStrong” hats for their assistance during flash flood recovery operations in Ellicott City earlier this month. Mr. Barker is a former Anne Arundel County DPW Bureau of Highways Road Operations Supervisor.
