Bag Stolen in Early Monday Armed Robbery
The robbery was one of several incidents in the Annapolis police daily briefing on Monday.

Annapolis police are investigating several thefts, a burglary and an armed robbery.
At 3:35 a.m. Monday, an officer was flagged down at Calvert Street, near West Street. A man there told the officer two juveniles stole his bag. The officer looked for the two, then talked to the man again, who said the pair threatened him with a BB gun, took the bag and fled. They were not located, according to police.
Between 5 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday, a green mountain bicycle was taken from a yard in the 400 block of Taylor Avenue.

Between 11 p.m. Friday and 7 p.m. Saturday, someone forced open a garage door at a business in the 900 block of West Street. Inside, the intruder took money and 25 cartons of cigarettes, according to police.
In the 1400 block of Hunting Wood Road, someone opened an unlocked vehicle sometime between 7:30 p.m., July 19 and 8 a.m., July 20. An iPhone 4 and black Samsung flip phone were taken, according to police.

Between 3:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. Saturday, someone stole a Yamaha outboard motor and Tohatsu outboard motor from two dry-docked boats in the 500 block of Severn Avenue.
