Cats Named Rhino, Elephant, Hippo Up For Adoption In Anne Arundel
Three kittens named Rhino, Elephant and Hippo need a new home. They are up for adoption along with senior cats and dogs in Anne Arundel.
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — The SPCA of Anne Arundel County is looking for homes for these cuties. If you are interested in adopting one of this week's adorable adoptables, head to the SPCA website.
Rhino:
Rhino came in with his brothers, Elephant and Hippo. Their sister, Giraffe, has already been adopted. They were all very shy at first but have really learned to trust humans, and now they love to play and snuggle. The SPCA has lots of available kittens! All of them are already spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines.

Lucky:
Lucky is a 9-year-old chihuahua mix. True to his breed, he bonds very deeply to his person and can be protective around strangers. Lucky takes time to trust and is slow to warm up, but you feel so "lucky" when he lets his guard down and allows you in his club.

Slick:
Slick is a 7-year-old grey tabby cat. He is a large, solid boy. Slick is very reserved and timid. He tries to hide in the back of his cage, and it takes some sweet talking and gentle head rubs to lure him out. Slick would love a calm, quiet home where he can relax and feel safe.
Mitzie:
Miss Mitzie is 13 years old. She is very friendly and enjoys attention, especially head massages. Mitzie likes all people, but she does not care for other cats. At her age, she'd like all the love and comfy pillows for herself. Mitzie is truly a princess in need of pampering. Don't let her grumpy face fool you, her heart is full of sweetness and love! All she needs is a forever family to turn her frown upside down.
