2 South County Men Die In I-97 Crash: Police
Two South County men died in an Interstate 97 crash in Crownsville, police said. They were 29 and 30 years old.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — Two South County men died in a crash this week on Interstate 97 in Anne Arundel County, police said.
Troopers identified the victims as Thomas Oliver Sellman III, 30, of Churchton and Marcus Eric James Jr., 29, of Shady Side. Both victims died at the scene, a press release said.
Authorities said the crash happened Tuesday around 9:03 p.m. on northbound I-97 north of Farm Road in the Crownsville area.

Police said Sellman was driving a Dodge Durango SUV that left the roadway for unknown reasons.
The car traveled off the right shoulder into the wooded area and hit two trees, troopers said.

Authorities said James was a passenger in the Durango.
The Maryland State Police Crash Team is still investigating.
