Food Link in Urgent Need of Donations
The Annapolis food bank is running low on critical supplies.

An Annapolis food bank is in dire need of supplies.
According to program coordinator Irenee McElwee, Food Link Maryland is asking residents to donate the following items:
- Peanut butter
- Jelly
- Canned meat: tuna and chicken
- Saltines
- Chunky soups
- Pasta sauce
- Sizes four, five and six diapers
- Simulac formula
- Baby wipes
Donations can be dropped off at the Food Link office at 2666 Riva Rd. Residents can also call McElwee at 410-897-3943.

The food bank is also hosting its annual fundraiser on May 12.
The Blue Jean Bash will run from 7 to 11 p.m. and features barbecue, music, dancing and auctions, McElwee said. Tickets, which can be purchased on Food Link's website, are $65 before May 7 and $75 at the door.
