Get a Glimpse of Old Annapolis With This 19th Century Map
A map of Annapolis in 1877 gives an interesting look at the city's changes over the past century, or lack thereof.

Baltimore-based blog The Ghosts of Baltmore recently stumbled upon an interesting look at Annapolis with a map from 1877.
It's far from the oldest map of the historic town, but it's in great condition thanks to preservation at The Library of Congress.
The most dramatic changes I saw in perusing the map was the size of the U.S. Naval Academy, which seems to have shifted a bit over the past 140 years.
