Golf Cart Stolen, Minors Flee When Caught Onboard: Annapolis Police
A golf cart was stolen from an Annapolis apartment complex. Two minors were caught taking it for a spin, police said.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police said a golf cart was stolen from an Annapolis apartment complex this week.
Two minors ran away after they were caught driving the vehicle, officers said.
Authorities said the Nautilus Point complex, located in Eastport in the 600 block of Americana Drive, reported on Monday that the golf cart was stolen.

Nautilus Point said the Cushman Shuttle 4 was stolen sometime between 4 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday, police stated.
Officers said maintenance crews drove around the area and spotted two minors operating the golf cart near Monroe Street and President Street.

Authorities said the minors tried to flee in the golf cart, but the maintenance workers blocked its direction of travel.
The golf cart driver and passenger then ran away on foot, the Annapolis Police Department said.
Officers said the golf cart was recovered and sustained damage to the push bar mounted to its front bumper.
