Male Shot Twice In Annapolis: Police

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A male was shot Thursday evening in Annapolis, police said.

Officers said they were called around 9 p.m. to the 1000 block of Madison Street, located in the city's Eastport neighborhood.

Authorities said the victim was shot twice in his leg.

He was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition, the Annapolis Police Department said.

Officers have not identified a suspect or announced an arrest.
