When the girls arrived at Susie's stoop, one knocked twice on the door and announced that they were there to carol, the Capital Gazette reported, citing charging documents.
The documents allege that Susie then came to the bay window beside his front door "with his handgun drawn directly" at the girls, the newspaper said.

The Capital Gazette reported that the girls fled and that police said Susie later admitted to being involved in the matter.
Officers seized the firearm from a safe and learned that Susie had a handgun permit, The Baltimore Banner reported, citing the court papers.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department said the firearm was a .40-caliber Glock handgun.
The court papers say Susie acknowledged that he had at least one drink while watching TV, The Banner added.
Online court records show that Susie was charged with:
- Three counts of first-degree assault (Felony)
- Three counts of second-degree assault (Misdemeanor)
- Three counts of reckless endangerment (Misdemeanor)
- One count of handgun-wear under influence (Misdemeanor)
The file says Susie posted a $10,000 unsecured personal bond and was released Sunday. His trial is not yet scheduled.
Susie's attorney, Michelle LaTorre, has not yet responded to Patch's request for a comment. We will update this article if she replies.
