Navy Glee Club to Perform at JFK Ceremony in Dallas

The U.S. Naval Academy's Glee Club will give a special performance in Dallas for the 50th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy's death on Friday.

The midshipmen will perform "America the Beautiful," and the Navy hymn at a special event in Dallas remembering Kennedy.

“The choir is honored to perform at this ceremony. It is a tremendous honor to be there,” said Dr. Aaron Smith, director of musical activities at the Naval Academy.  “We are proud to represent the Naval Academy and the U.S. Navy in honoring a President and naval hero.”
