New Director to Lead Annapolis Symphony Orchestra
Jeth Mill has served as executive director at a number of orchestras across the country, and is moving to Annapolis from Ontario, Canada.
A new face will be leading the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra.
Jeth Mill has been named the Executive Director of the orchestra, according to a press release issued Tuesday. Mill has a background in leading performing arts organizations, including serving as executive director at similar symphonies across the country.
"He brings a passion for music and experience leading orchestral organizations that will take our symphony to the next level," said ASO Board Chairman Harley Flack.
Mill said he was happy to be returning to the United States after serving as director of the Windsor Symphony Orchestra in Ontario, Canada for five years.
"I am intrigued by the outreach programs of the ASO and look forward to bringing even more great music to the community," Mill said.
The Annapolis Symphony Orchestra is a nonprofit organization providing education programs through partnerships with local schools and other community outreach programs.
