Police Arrest Two for Attempting to Enter Vehicles
Police said one man pulled on vehicle handles while another served as a lookout.
Two men were arrested for working together to enter locked vehicles in Cape St. Claire, police said.
Anne Arundel County police arrived at the intersection of Southview and Chestnut Tree drives in Annapolis at 2:33 a.m. Tuesday for a report of two men pulling on car door handles and attempting to get inside them.
A witness told police that one suspect entered vehicles while another appeared to be acting as a lookout.
Officers arrived and located one of the suspects hiding beneath some shrubbery. The second suspect was located walking along Cape St. Claire Road. The witness identified both suspects.
Daniel Wolle, 31, of Baltimore and Alex Hickman, 19, of Arnold, were arrested and both charged with tampering with vehicles and rogue and vagabond.
