Judith "Judy" Cluverius, 75, of Annapolis died May 5 from heart failure. Cluverius traveled with the U.S. Navy and ultimately lived throughout the Middle East with the foreign service where, as the wife of a diplomat, she was well-respected for her own diplomatic social skills.
