[solidcore] Opens in Annapolis

[solidcore], whose workouts aim to work muscles to failure and then rebuild them, is now open at Annapolis Harbour Center.

ANNAPOLIS, MD - Annapolis now features its very own [solidcore] studio, the workout that aims to work muscles to failure – yes, failure – so muscles can then rebuild in a stronger and more sculpted way. The new studio is now open at Annapolis Harbour Center at 2258 Solomons Island Road. Come in to try out a class and experience exactly what makes [solidcore] such an effective workout.

The [solidcore] method emphasizes slow and controlled full-body movements with constant tension led by highly skilled certified [solidcore] coaches leading clients through hundreds of moves and resistance options to consistently challenge the body. This means every workout is different which keeps the body guessing and creates results you can see. [solidcore] sets itself apart from any other full-body workout due to the use of a specific [solidcore] spring-based machine, affectionately known as Sweatlana, offering 2-300 pounds of tension. The small class sizes of no more than 14 people means each client receives personalized attention and coaches are able to manage different fitness levels in class. Clients come from all walks of life, from FLOTUS Michelle Obama to professional athletes and weekend warriors, stay-at-home moms and CEO’s.
