Suspect Sought In Armed Robbery Of Brooklyn Park Pizza Hut: Police
A man wearing dark clothes entered the store, displayed a gun and jumped over the counter, a Pizza Hut employee told police.

BROOKLYN PARK, MD — Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Brooklyn Park Pizza Hut Saturday night.
Police were called to the Pizza Hut at 5000 Ritchie Highway for the report of an armed robbery at 11:20 p.m.
An employee told officers that the suspect entered the store wearing a black hooded sweatshirt over his face. The suspect displayed a gun and jumped over the counter to remove money from the cash register, police said.

The suspect fled the business on foot. Numerous officers and a canine unit canvassed the area, but the suspect was not located, police said. Police describe the suspect as a black male with a thin build who was wearing dark clothing.
