Visitors to City Dock over Labor Day weekend may have spotted a spraypaint artist creating landscapes by the water.
Wearing a mask, the artist—who called himself Davy Jones—used spraypaint on posterboard and a variety of techniques to create surreal designs depicting ships, waterfalls and outer space.
