Wreck at Severn River Bridge Sends 2 to Hospital
The effects of the wreck played havoc with early morning travelers, backing up westbound Route 50 for several miles.

An early morning wreck on U.S. Route 50 westbound injured two drivers, a fire official said.
Following the wreck at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, two patients were transported with minor injuries to Anne Arundel Medical Center, according to Anne Arundel County Fire Department Division Chief Keith Swindle.
The scene was cleared about an hour later, but the effects of the wreck played havoc with early morning travelers, backing up westbound 50 for several miles.
