Scholarship Program Awards $176,000 To Outstanding Students 2024
Scholarships For Scholars celebrates 40th year of recognizing academic excellence

Scholarships For Scholars announces the recipients of 30 scholarships representing 13 public and private schools. The program, now in its 40th year, recognizes Anne Arundel County high school seniors who have demonstrated exceptional academic and artistic achievement. The awardees are:

Winning students were honored on Wednesday, May 1 at the 40th Annual Awards Ceremony at the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, Annapolis, MD. The awards ceremony also featured distinguished representatives from area organizations and families who are sponsoring scholarships, entrusting Scholarships for Scholars to manage awards on their behalf: Anne Arundel Retired School Personnel Association, Bo’s Effort- Making a Difference in Mental Health, Crosby Marketing Communications, the Joy Apple Miller Family, the Shane A. Morris II Family, and the Zach Schwartz Family. Dr. Mark Bedell, Superintendent of Anne Arundel County Public Schools, will be the keynote speaker.
