Baltimore Police: 1-Year-Old Child's Death Ruled A Homicide

According to police, doctors noticed slight bruising to the child's head. The child has been identified as Kylia Moore.

BALTIMORE, MD—Baltimore detectives announced Tuesday that they are investigating the recent death of a 1-year-old girl as a homicide.

On Saturday shortly before 9 p.m., officers said they were dispatched to a home in the 4400-block of Eldone Road for a child who was vomiting and unconscious.

When police arrived on scene, they said medics were already on the scene providing aid to the child.

The child, who has been identified as Kylia Moore, was then transported to St. Agnes Hospital where she died a short time later. According to police, doctors noticed slight bruising to the child's head.
