Harford Earns 39th Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from Government Finance Officers Association

Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly issued the following statement about the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award presented to the county budget team by the Government Finance Officers Association on November 3, 2025:
