Lane Closures Planned For MD 23 In Harford County Starting Tuesday
Drivers should anticipate lane closures starting Tuesday as crews work on MD 23 between MD 136 and MD 439.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Lane closures will be required for a road project that starts Tuesday along MD 23 between MD 136 and MD 439.
Starting July 30 at 9 a.m., crews will patch sections of asphalt pavement on MD 23 (Norrisville Road) between MD 136 (Harkins Road) and MD 439 (Old York Road). They will continue to work weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., until the project has wrapped up. The road project should be completed by early fall, weather permitting.
