Measurable Snowfall Anticipated Friday Morning In Harford County
Forecasters anticipate anywhere from a coating to an inch of snow to fall Friday morning, potentially affecting the commute.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — The U.S. National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington issued a special weather statement for northern Harford County that affects the Friday morning community.
Snow will fall in Harford County Friday morning with accumulations of a coating to an inch are likely, with up to two inches along the Mason-Dixon and up to three inches possible in the highest elevations of the Catoctins, the NWS stated.
"Be prepared for the potential for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken on stairs, sidewalks and driveways. These surfaces could be slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury," the NWS said.
