New $10M Fire Station Project Underway In Harford County
Officials have broken ground on a new $10 million fire station project in Belcamp. It will be called the Riverside Fire Station.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Officials have broken ground for a new fire station to be built in Belcamp.
According to county officials, the $10 million fire station to be called the Riverside Fire Station will be used by the Abingdon Fire Company. It will be located off MD 543 with access to I-95 and Rt. 40 and have three bays for fire and EMS units, bunk rooms and a training room. Officials say it should be ready by November 2025.
“The Riverside Fire Station fills a critical gap in our emergency response network,” Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly said. “I would like to thank the Abingdon Fire Company and all our volunteer fire companies for their dedication and vital services they provide to our citizens.”
